TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General information

Services are provided by SMART ONLINE DEVELOPMENT SRL, headquartered at Str. Grigore Manolescu nr. 7A, Corp B, Cam. 305, Et. III, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania, CUI RO32188213, hereinafter referred to as the "Provider". You can contact us at hello@sodev.ai.

2. Services offered

We offer software products and related web and application development services, as well as technical support, according to the chosen package. We make reasonable efforts to keep services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Orders and contracts

By placing an order:

• you agree to provide accurate and complete information;
• the order becomes binding upon confirmation by the Provider;
• specific conditions (duration, delivery, price) are set in the offer or contract for each project.

4. Prices and payments

• prices do not include VAT unless otherwise specified; VAT is applied according to law;
• payment can be made in full or by subscription, according to the chosen package;
• in the case of subscriptions, non-payment of an installment may lead to suspension of the service until the situation is resolved.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, in accordance with GEO no. 34/2014, without giving a reason. Exception: if the digital service begins with your express consent before this period expires, you confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal once execution has begun.

6. Copyright and licenses

Delivered solutions and components used are protected by intellectual property rights. Resale, copying or redistribution without the written consent of the Provider is not permitted.

7. Liability

These limitations do not affect the mandatory rights of consumers.

• the Provider is not responsible for content provided by the client;
• to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages (loss of profit, data or opportunities);
• if technical problems arise, we intervene as soon as possible to remedy them.

8. Cancellation and modification of services

We may modify the structure, content and prices of services, with prior notice; changes do not affect already confirmed orders. Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, respecting the right of withdrawal above.

9. Data protection

We comply with GDPR legislation. Data provided is used exclusively for delivering services. More details can be found in the Privacy Policy.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes are resolved amicably or, as a last resort, by the competent courts in Romania. Consumers may contact ANPC (www.anpc.ro) or use the European SOL platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
